Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Swimwear: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective.
  • Sports Bras: For hygiene reasons, sports bras are also non-returnable unless defective.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
