Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using one of the following methods:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx, with delivery expected within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS, with delivery expected within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Swimwear
- Sports Bras
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
